it’s a taiwanese brand i think.
comes in two tubes, one black transplanting gel, and one white fibre. the white tube is not in liquid/cream form like the normal ones we always see but it’s really a tube of dry fibre!
it’s not waterproof yet can withstand my super oily and sweaty eyelids. the worse mascara i’ve ever used is maybelline. it smudges after a couple of hours even though i didnt apply them on my lower lashline.
